Construction technological expansion project of sheltered workshop in Trinec

The subject of graduation thesis is a building-technological study of production and warehousing hall and headquarters of Ergon protected workshops in Třinec. The work is prepared on the basis of the project documentation. This consists of 8 building objects( 2 main building objects and 6 engineering objects). Building object SO 01-assembly and warehousing hall will be used for installation of assembly lines for simple mounting of imported parts and for semi automatic painting line equipment. Building object SO 02- headquarters building will be used for social activities of employees (WC. showers, social room , cloak rooms) and office premises. The main aims of graduation thesis are : project of construction site equipment including of time and economical evaluation, time schedule and financial plan for objects, study of main phases of project realisation for objects SO 01 and SO 02, project of main building machines including their radius( reach), time schedule of building object SO 02, technological prescript for steel construction preparation of object SO 01 with control and check plan.

Preparation of the implementation of the relaxation center in Moravany

The aim of the thesis is to develop a construction technology project for the implementation of a relaxation center in Moravany. The work includes the preparation of a technical report on the construction technology project, the coordination situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction – object, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object and the construction site equipment project. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the time schedule of the main construction objects, the plan for securing material resources and technological regulations. Technological regulations are focused on the implementation of a green roof and a ventilated facade. A quality control and test plan was developed for the implementation of the green roof. Last but not least, the work includes a calculation according to THU, an itemized budget of the main building objects, a scheme of the piloting process, an assembly scheme and an OHS plan.

Further the thesis contains two technological regulations and two control and test plans.

The thesis deals with complex of the implementation of the construction and focuses in more detail on the implementation of both foundation structures and assembly of the steel frame. The project includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, design and assessment of construction routes, construction equipment project, financial and construction schedule, machine design, schedule and budget of the main building, control and test plan for foundation structures, and occupational safety and health.
